Coeus Consulting was founded by Katie Carrier, a Business Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in management consultancy and working across multiple sectors. Katie envisioned bringing bespoke, high-value services to her clients using her naturally inquisitive mind, and fascination with human behaviour, and so Coeus was born.

She has a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, and in creating and executing People and Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and performance.

With extensive knowledge in behaviour change, leadership, people development, and culture shaping, Katie and the team excel in delivering personal, team, and organisational transformations.

Why are we called Coeus?
